Consumer electronic manufacturing (CEM) companies face a constant challenge to maintain quality standards during frequent product launches. A test verifies functionality and identifies defects. Failure complete testing can even result in recalls. In this research, universal automated system has been proposed for CEM streamline their process reduced cost time. hardware interface is designed connecting commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) equipment unit under (UUT). software application, based on machine learning, developed LabVIEW. The site data around 100 sites have collected. application automatically selects COTS drivers interfaces UUT measurements through interface. Further, it collects real-time measurement data, performs analysis, generates reports key performance indicators (KPIs), provides recommendations using learning. It also maintains database historical improve processes. be deployed standalone as well replacement the department module of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems providing direct access hardware. Finally, validated an experimental setup company.
